Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please allow 6–10 business days total for your order to arrive. Most customers receive their package around 7 days after placing their order.
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your order was placed, please reach out to us at support@heartsposture.com with your order number so we can assist you.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery. For that reason, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once your order has been submitted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
